On this Anti Aging Hacks podcast, I have a very interesting guest and we discuss:

  1. The functions of the conscious and subconscious brain
  2. How Hypnosis works to change your beliefs
  3. How Hypnosis can be used to cure people of chronic and short term stress

My guest today is Sherly Sulaiman, who is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro–Linguistic Programming) master practitioner, mindfulness coach and meditation teacher. She has twenty years of experience in the health and well-being industry. She founded The Depression Relief Clinic and Inner City Hypnosis in Sydney, Australia as well as New Stress Relief, her private practice in Santa Monica, California.

Sherly uses hypnosis to help people beat chronic stress. We have not talked about hypnosis or NLP on the show before, but I believe these are powerful healing modalities that can directly beneficially bring about positive changes to our thoughts and beliefs.

As we know, beliefs are the foundational elements in how we see the world. Changing our beliefs can have wide ranging changes in the quality of our life.
